A Globidens Mosasaur tooth from Khouribga, Morocco. Globidens was similar in appearance to other mosasaurs, but its main distinguishing trait were its rounded globular teeth which were specialised for dealing with armoured prey such as turtles and ammonites.
A nice tooth which comes labelled, stored in a case and is accompanied by a Mosasaur information card.

Size: 3 cm
Age: 65-70 million years
